
I enrolled in every class available that enabled me to spend time at Prescott College’s field station, the Center for Cultural and Ecological Studies, in Bahia Kino, Sonora, Mexico.

Originally from South Kingstown, Rhode Island, Amy Bannon (18’) decided to make the trip across the country to attend at Prescott College because of the College’s emphasis on experiential education.

Michael (Husband Micheal Yarnes, Prescott College) and I always say that one of the most important life skills we learned at Prescott College was how to conduct research. This made a huge impact on our personal and professional lives.

“You don’t learn about rivers or geology from a textbook at Prescott College; instead, you paddle on a raft at the bottom of the Grand Canyon and learn through living.” Being a Prescott College student has definitely changed Jordan in a positive way.
